You have 7 calendar days to return the product from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your Product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Accompany the return with all the documents you received on purchase and delivery.


Once we receive your Product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Product.

If your return is approved, you will be notified of the transactional fee while we initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the transactional fees associated with it (as notified prior).

You will receive the credit after 7 Working days, depending on your payment method or your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
